Absolutely, I believe DC is not looking for short term gain. That would be irresponsible. The world needs Australia and its guarantee of sustainable and reliable supply without the sovereign risk.
Take a look at Walkabout which is in administration right now. Keep in mind that they were selling into the considerably smaller market for big graphite fines, which is vulnerable because it is about a twentith of the market size that RNU is aiming for, -100 mesh, which needs volume.
The plot has changed with Trump and it’s probably fair to say that it thickens a bit quicker. Recently Simon Moores made a comment on the ‘Plot Twist’:

The downstream EV funding will get hit hard but the job of building this new ex-China supply chain domestically is not yet complete. It was a trend that was started in 2017 with the Trump Administration’s Executive Order on critical minerals.
