    Indefinitely. I had $50k Loss from around 2003. Dot com days. Anyway, due to inheritance 2020 was able to......hello i can invest again. Then more money coming in 2021.
    Well june 30th 2023 was the first time i was able offset my Capital gains tax with those carried over losses. So in my case, 20 years carried over.
