The government should be giving 'more' robust support to get things built asap and ensure a lucky handful of chosen companies succeed. We need to show the rest of the world we are not just all talk. Then watch the partner offtake grow. The world won't want to be part of us if we procrastinate and don't act now. That's my take anyway. Maybe it's already happening behind the scenes.
