They are being priced by the market as if it doesn't expect this plant to ever be built.
It has a few things going against it at the moment, including inflation, china, the cost to build, factory produced graphite (which is continually being improved), and a number of other things.
It's going to be a tough gig to get it up from here, and a slow one, if it ever gets built.
They really need some big auto players, and other big companies, to come in and support the project, comprehensively, then the market will be more convinced that the graphite is wanted, and can be more easily contracted. Until this happens it is more likely to be a continual slow grind down.
It's going to take more than a few conference presentations.
