Hi, I have heard this thought a lot here about big players suppressing prices and ‘Algos’ selling etc suggesting there is an organising effort to push prices down - by selling stock? Unless you are shorting ( in which case that’s understandable) why would you sell stock you own to push it down and then somehow miraculously make it leap up later? This concept does not make sense (to me) I think there is some mythology about mysterious dark forces playing is all when in fact people just aren’t interested or are sick of holding. Genuine question is there something I don’t understand? (about this stock at least)
