I am not surprised the Pentagon is getting involved in critical minerals, in particular graphite.
Have you taken a look at the military applications of graphite and who controls the processed graphite supplies?
Graphite is in nearly everything military related, submarines, tanks, warplanes, ammunition, howitzers, missiles, helicopters, etc.
