    From reading all of his previous posts over the years, my estimation is that he is indicating that there are no concerns around water accessibility.

    I agree with you entirely, his posting style is quite unique.

    Have no delusions though, he is very very pro RNU.

    And for good reason in my opinion, it takes a little effort to read between his lines and see what he is on about for sure.
