    Oh it ain't the Gov holding this up! Thats what the PEPR was for. Which took 14 months. As soon as it was approved we were "expecting" Binding offtakes and FID in the last quarter of 2022!!! Always planned to be a stage 1 (mine) and then leading to stage 2 (PSG factory).
    Then BAM stretched out till Aug 2023. Then it was..........
    anyway, what's ANOTHER year between friends.
