The companies have the gotten the applicable licences and permits. It has a committed conditional loan of $185 million from the federal government and a very healthy cash holding of over $120 million.
It is awaiting the award on contract and I would believe a FID to come shortly after. There will be a number of suiters lining up to, at the very least discuss possible offtake agreements or perhaps a JV type arrangement. Graphite like many other minerals now has a geo-political identity and my thoughts are that many companies from Japan , Sth Korea or America must be looking at the Siviour Project and calculating the benefits of partnering with a company that has a long duration project ( at least 40 years)in a stable and lawful country like Australia.

How many graphite companies have those positives ?

You need to be patient and think before you give an arm chair critique!!! The price of graphite is not on David.
