They probably have no confidence in the viability of their own project, hence no movement. As i have said before, just build a bloody housing estate on it. Or build a commercial precinct and collect income / rent that way. Then build another one. Less stress for us. Change name to Renascor Investment Group or something. Graphite is sending us a bit crazy.
