I vaguely remember reading something that DC had said some time ago, it isn't that there aren't any BOA's on offer, its more that DC is not willing to accept the pricing proposals within the offers that have been made to RNU for offtakes.
I am happy to stand corrected if anyone knows more accurate details on that.
Essentially, my take (and what I feel is DCs take as well) is that we wont see an improvement in SP or BOA's or FID until the price of Graphite improves, which is largely affected by demand. Would you look at that, there is that supply and demand thing, almost like that's a normal process.
Just because Graphite as a commodity is not where we want it to be right now, does not mean that RNU is sitting still twiddling its thumbs or that it wont turn around as time goes on. There are many things being worked on that are all critical pieces in getting to where we want to be. Anyone that says otherwise is just wilfully ignoring them.
