PSG is were the money is, and what the customers want.
To me it doesn't make sense RNU & Gov to invest $215M to just sell large flake and concentrate.
The Gov have also made it absolutely clear the $185m loan is for the mine only, and made it conditional. Maybe PSG is the condition for BOA's?
It's possible that funding could come from an equity partner stake as well as a new loan facility from the government to get it over the line.
And maybe that is why they passed resolution 9 at the AGM to increase the Placement Facility by 10% to up to 25%
But hopefully when it's set in stone and the good news is out this will 20 bag
