Interesting thought in theory, however DC and probably a couple of the Directors would have the majority of their wealth already tied up in RNU equity I would speculate.
If this is the case, any astute investor would avoid further concentration risk by having more wealth tied up in the same asset.
I don’t think a lack of buying by DC and these Directors is a signal of anything tbh.
