    Thanks for all the measured responses above. Yep I’m pretty sure initially his pay was not great and he was rewarded with shares instead which is fair enough. Directors buying shares is something I personally look at. Some may see this a token gesture but for me personally it re- assurance.
    Anyways time will tell on this one
