Consider this, someone happily bought those shares, this wasn't a one sided event of someone giving up and wanting out, someone wanted more too.
Re algos, I agree that they have a multi purpose, accumulation, selling, liquidity et al. But yes, they can also be used to nefarious purposes and often appear that way, RNU does not have the volume, have a look at APX for an example of serious day in day out algorithmic trading.
You should do what's right for your investment journey regardless of what others are doing especially if selling's a choice that makes you more comfortable than holding. Whatever you do, own your call and don't get hung up on what ifs.
