The resource is in the ground hence there already is value - up to 40 years - and they have lots of it. It's not yet monetized - no but MOU means there is demand for it. No profit for some time - true, but company has DFS, MOU's and is progressing step by step in order to become a producer. Samples have been sent to potential off-takers for evaluation. Pieces of a puzzle coming together and every piece in place gets a step closer to company objectives.

Further milestones adds further potential catalysts for SP appreciation. Timeframes are different for different people - some short, some long. But you're right - they're not making money yet but management are actively working on changing that - maybe that's why it may be a good time to buy in now whilst prices are still low relative to where prices may be in 2 years time. Risky, yes, but that's inherent to investing in the share market generally. Different strokes to different folks. Admittedly no expert on this particular stock as only recently researched and bought in but will add more funds permitting, as happy to hold to see company progress to become profitable down the track.
