I guess the counter question is, what can management do differently. I know some posters want them to work for free, or take a pay cut, but at the end of the day, an extra 50k a quarter isnt going to put us under. If we lose people due to shafting their pay right now, it could be a setback overall.
Lots of focus on the small things like (relatively) small change in salaries. If you have been following RNU you know that DC has been all over building networks, that I believe will pay off in future. Negotiating to get the best value for RNU, and if the other parties do not want to play ball right now, its out of our control. He hasnt been sitting idle twiddling thumbs.
End of the day, you can use your shares to vote, and you can also make the judgement of whether its worth selling out and putting your cash elsewhere. Constant moaning on a forum doesnt really achieve much.
