I'm glad they are being prudent with their spending, because if we logically extrapolate the speed of progress over the last 7 years since Siviour was discovered, then it looks like a full scale industrial plant will probably come into operation sometime in 2033.

It won't be any sooner given that a demonstration plant won't come into operation until 2026 or 2027 and there is a two year evaluation period on that, say ... out to early 2029, then a decision to build an industrial scale plant sometime in 2030 or 2031 with a two year build if everything goes smoothly, that leaves a commissioning date likely to be in 2033 if there are no glitches along the way.
