    I wouldn’t be surprised if DC didn’t pump the brakes following the Posco mou . Why would you sign binding offtakes at the wrong time in the pricing cycle?
    It seems the company is progressing things it has control over.
    We need to wait for the new kid in Pennsylvania ave to decide which toys he is really throwing out of the cot.
    Things could improve rapidly from here despite current sentiment.
