Yeah not sure about the 920% tariff either but one thing that is important, is that if China shuts off supply, ex China battery manufacturers are screwed.Aftet all the shenanigans of covid and trade and supply disruptions, I am surprised not more is done. Of course all gov are talking the talk, but I don't see alot of press on actual things happening. I don't know if that's just becuase the narrative is currently negative towards the whole sector or not. I think it's possible. The manipulation is worth hundreds of billions when it comes to slowing down oil consumption, so yes, I do believe there are very big fish involved. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you will ;D the oil and gas companies do not want electric cars, they are happy how they are.
Anyway, my fervent hope is that some big players are getting set for a paradigm shift and that happens sooner rather than later.
Feeling similar to mid 2021, was pretty hard coming down from 18c high to mid 6s
