And funnily enough, the miss information is rife, just last week someone posted an article from West Australian, shitting on EV sales in a big headline, meanwhile a reasonable comparison of all vehicle sales was lacking and muddled in the middle of the text. Clear FUDing going on and trying to negatively spin what's going on. As all data suggests increased uptake, the raw materials will pinch at some point. They have to, since new mines aren't coming online quickly or at all.

Battery storage is great, using a car as a backup during peak times seems like a good use of it if it's all managed properly. Don't think 64kwh will run the average household for a week though, most people crank air-conditioning big TV's, washers and dryers alot. End of the day, it adds flexibility, and large scale battery storage will definitely have a future imo
