Yes I agree, it basically says on the MOU announcement they would like additional validation tests to conclude the deal. Ergo the demo plant they are constructing.

agreed to work together to undertake additional product validation tests with a view to concluding a

Even the silicon batteries which aren't commercially viable yet due to swelling will be 90% graphite anode.
On a side note, not directed at anyone, not advice, only my thoughts after 2 knock off beverages.
If it's too much risk on at the moment, or you think this company doesn't has a future in graphite, no one is stopping you from minimising losses but yourself. Good for CGT in the future.
But, I would be cautious if looking to sell all shares at now with the plan to get back in when off takes are announced at a lower price.
Unless it's done incrementally sell/buy, average down or with a strategy to pay a higher price later, IMO once something key like off takes are announced, (and it may take a quite a while), price most likely will rocket straight past this level instantly, because the company will instantly have a lot more value. (at the moment the graphite mine is not priced in... at all).
If more shares or a better average is a goal, personally I would rather swing trade a 1/4 of my holding for few cents around 20c over a falling knife trade for 0.5c.
