If you have a look at the graphics posted, particularly the bottom one. 2025 is only just at the start of the undersupply prediction, and really doesn't predict any significant shortfall for 2025.
SYR has had to stop production (I dont think they have restarted), yes, cheap synthetic out of china is currently keeping up with demand as far as we know.
Anyway, just wanted to point that out, in the next 5 years it will be telling what is happening.
