    SYR announces a supply agreement with Lucid this morning.

    "Vidalia AAM pricing under the Agreement is determined by a formula based floating mechanism, incorporating quarterly
    adjustments in relative changes in an independent natural flake graphite (-100mesh) price index."

    This is a similar mechanism I have discussed previously with DC.
