It will certainly move the SP if the completion of the Demo Plant results in a BOA from the likes of POSCO and their ilk.
My opinion is that the Demo Plant is a prerequisite of a deal with one (if not both) of the partners that signalled their approval and support of the endeavour last year.
Companies like POSCO don't need RNU for the Graphite Flake, they want the PSG. Why else would DC be pushing for parallel advancement of both the Mine and the production facilities of PSG?
