Makes interesting reading the REASONS for the capital raise. This raise (Dec 2022) was a MONTH after the PEPR approval was finally announced (that took 14 months) . Us investors , like management, would’ve had EVERY reason to believe Binding off takes were imminent AND that elusive FID.
