    That's great, but until we get an offtake and an FID, this is the norm.
    Let's hope they get a bit more infrastructure built/signed off before the next election, as it could get mothballed, who knows.
    As we know nothing in this country meets a timeline, ever.
    Until we get that offtake, the market does not see any viability with us at the moment.
