    so if it's explicitly excluded then north american producers won't get the 920% tariff called for and status quo with imports from China remains. Why are we up voting these articles. Not a comment against baddarcy, aimed at the articles.

    yes it might help graphite producers but they still to compete with china. What have i missed?
