Yes the non binding MOUs are with Japanese and Korean (plus 2 x Chinese, but surely those are dead in the water!).
But i had always expected that the intended end users would be all outside mainland China, with a decent portion going to the USA. We would sell PSG to POSCO and Mitsubishi, they would coat it and both sell it to North American customers or put into their own gigafactories.
