It's a really interesting dynamic. US Consumers are going to be forced via tariff penalties to purchase US built cars from US supply chains. Right now - Tesla's are flailing and most other US built EV's are wildly unpopular. Will they go back to gas guzzlers? Honestly even the cheapest of consumer goods is about to become sooo (much more) expensive in the US I don't know how their consumers plan to consume anything!!
