    Hi Sir Von, govt funding isn't already in place, if you read the smaller print you will see that it's still subject to EFA due diligence among other things and it's now been about a year, so would be nice to get an update on how that due diligence is going and what is needed to allow it to be finalized so that loan documentation can be executed.
