@Novacastrien. It is either totally crass or ignorant to intimate that there isn't an actual war being fought in Ukraine. I have worked in Ukraine and have regular contact with friends, some of whom are fighting on the front lines. You could have made your point without writing "war" as if Ukrainians aren't being killed daily from the Russian invasion. Basic research would explain that the ski resort is being built by a public company OKKO who is accessing international investment in part to fund the development. While there is corruption in Ukraine, as with almost every country in the world, I haven't seen evidence of a diversion of funds from the war effort. Let's hope the war ends soon and RNU can continue on it's development too.
