What they SHOULD be doing is investigating new projects in other metals to invest in. Graphite is as dead as a dodo, killed stone, motherless dead by artificial sources. What is the point in flogging the dead horse for years on end? SYR can't sell any graphite, so there is literally zero chance of new major projects being needed - and if there were there are literally dozens parked around the world ready to sell their arses (more than half their project) just to get going.
Get the money into a JV copper project like CNB or silica sand like VRX. Products that people actually need. Very short runway to production and income for both. Our cash gets them into production inside a year. They can repay the investment within 2 years and we can then circle back to graphite if there is any demand.
Management need to stop wasting our time, and their salaries on the nothingburger of graphite and a new presentation every six months with a holiday to a conference. Just how many years does our clown of an American MD think he can keep his circus going?
