it's a fairly silly statement. Most companies operating in the graphite industry are aware of this issue which is why in particular American suppliers are trying to do something about it.
as an investor in this industry, you should be aware that the primary producer and that has complete control of graphite pricing is China. the world has been caught napping and China has taken advantage, but rest assured, all non Chinese prospective and producing companies are experiencing the same issue. Egr holders can stick their heads in the sand and ignore it if they choose, of course it won't effect them.
