As far as i can see the ITC determination for the Countervailing...

    As far as i can see the ITC determination for the Countervailing Duty is still due today, 19th May 2025, presumably Washington DC time.

    This is the latest document on the register for this investifation: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2025/02/19/2025-02796/active-anode-material-from-the-peoples-republic-of-china-postponement-of-preliminary-determination

    However the     other ITC investigation, the "Less-Than-Fair-Value" investigation has been delayed from 27th May to 16th July. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2025/05/08/2025-08088/active-anode-material-from-the-peoples-republic-of-china-postponement-of-preliminary-determination
