Hi Bad, my understanding is that both the Dept of Commerce investigation and the ITC investigation will need to both find in the positive before any penalties will be applied.Is that how you see it?

Anyway it's going to make American made batteries quite expensive in comparison to the rest of the world if excessive tariffs apply for importing into US in my humble opinion.
