Yes i mostly agree. The only catch is whether this triggers any action from the graphite buyers/users. Anyone sourcing graphite from Panasonic must be a bit nervous today.
So far the buyers have seemed happy to sit back and wait, but as someone else has said before we only need one to make a move.
Research jJob for today will be to see how often the ITC preliminary rulings are watered down by the time they get to being finalised.
