Hi Mally, I afraid you have misunderstood it, the competition comes when the Govt sells its stockpiles. They will likely buy it low, whether from RNU or others, when prices are down near Opex cost and then sell it when prices rise. Then re-stock again when prices approach company Opex costs again.

As I have previously pointed out, it will be interesting to see who is actually willing to buy the governments generic stockpile of graphite, good to see Mr Pearce also is curious on the point on who they would sell to.
