Hi Cows, I think you will be the winner of the prestigious @Antigen award for most prolific poster yesterday if it's based on official world Hotcopper time. We await the judges confirmation.

Anyway, yes agreed whatever mechanism the government uses to build it's stockpile there will need to be incentive for companies to participate as thankfully it appears it will be voluntary.

But to assist RNU make an investment decision it really needs to be at a price that are somewhere near those prices that they used in their DFS otherwise all else being equal the project returns just drop off quite linearly and with all the inherent project risks one would wonder why they would bother in what is obviously going to be a tough market.

I note from Donnie's post above that stockpiles may even just be a pile of paper, eg security over graphite delivery, options etc so will be really interesting to see what hair brained scheme they come up with. Maybe the much vaunted stock pile will be a pile of paper over companies that aren't even producing.

Also good to see Government stockpiling will likely be modest, though not sure this will help those posters hoping the stockpile will be a saviour, they really need a decent BOA at the price the company is search for.

Let's hope the new world order is willing to pay those prices.
