    This must have been whipped up during the ad breaks?
    Each of the 453 pages answers to 2-3 questions that needed satisfying through testing or third parties for eg noise, air quality, soil samples, environmental, how many free roaming cats in the area etc etc etc.

    Coming soonish
    Minister's development approval for the Bolivar site.
    EPC contractor selection, (not a small task either).
    PSG demonstration plant construction / commissioning.
