    October historically provides the greatest returns, then April and followed by December. And even then, it has nothing to do with companies withholding news and releasing it at those times (which is illegal) but more likely attributed to dividend stripping. If the oil price continues to tick up we may see even more divvy stripping this year as energy stocks typically pay high dividends
