    Hi Antigen, as I mentioned on here a week or so ago they apparently need to add carbon back if not using coke, as steel is an alloy of iron and carbon , so graphite could be one potential source of carbon, but of course there are others.

    Perhaps you need to pay more attention to what I post. One poster even thought I was down ramping when I mentioned the decarbonisation of steel making process as something worth watching, lol, no idea.
