Though of course once they commit that $107m to the project then it all changes as they then become subject to project risk and competition from global competitors, not just China.
Which of course is why they need BOA at a price to support the development as they have flagged. Tough industry the graphite market as of course it's not a rare earth and battery manufacturers prefer synthetic due to it's performance characteristics and it's consistency.
