Wasn't spot on was I sweetsound. I'm always a bit to optimistic, however at least sentiment seems to have somewhat agreed with me as low 8's are around instead of low 7's. Even touched on the 9's!
I suspect rnu will not rush into binding offtakes at the start of this super cycle. Will be looking for a re-worked expanded stage 1, with confidence in demand progressing site selections and engineering scoping for production. Don't get me wrong - binding by Christmas so fid and finance get sorted.
ev is inevitable. Interesting to read Tesla is talking a big game in Australia. Can't remember now but an exec mentioned Australia has all the ingredients to make cars again! Federal election might just get scomo throwing out more big fluffy promises around the liberals commitment to green energy tech instead of committing to emission goals....
