It has been, Jadar valley pristine farm lands, forrest etc, here we are talking of a 'GREEN FUTURE' then why would you want to destroy that environment to appease share holders and for the sake of money! Once its destroyed there is no coming back to its original landscape. Rio Tinto have not got a great environmental record after they have done with an area they leave a hole in the ground. Farmers depend on that land to grow food and feed their stock. Short term gain for long term pain.
