Although it’s the first time I have disagreed with what you have posted I understand why.

These variables are way too conservative and I know what you are really expecting, so happy for the market to hope for a lower number and then be blown away by the upside.

Even with these lower variables and applying a conservative Price/Earnimgs ratio this has immediate 5X upside but I’m seeing how 20x from here is absolutely coming our way.

All you need to do is continue to hold this over the next 18-24 months and we will see a serious amount of newly minted HotCopper millionaires created right here.
