curried scallops!
I think SA does good scallops as well?
try this recipe (if I remember it right)
scallops
diced smoked salmon
fine chopped basil or dill?
dry vermouth
gently pan fry the diced smoked salmon, add the scallops and when pan is hot again, add vermouth and then cream.
let it thicken a little and season to taste!
