- Binding Offtake Agreements with Existing and New Partners
- Strategic Partnership + Collaboration Agreement with POSCO
- Final Site Selection and Approval Application for the DownStream PSG Facility (Approval for a plant is much easier than a full mine site operation)
- Financial Support from the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (Existing In-Principle Support given in Q2 2021)
- Optimised DFS showing a substantial increase in both Stage 1 and Stage 2 Production
