Addressing all holders

How much of the current price action and volume in percentage terms do you think is based on the recent announcement for funding by the Fed Government only?
Or is there accumulation going on based on that with the anticipation of the PERP being granted and de-risking the project?
Would be interested for holders to share there thoughts.

My own opinion, is there is a fair bit of FOMO going on riding on the previous funding announcement (not that I am complaining, please lets keep this run going as far as possible), but I also think there would be sharks circling behind the scenes to have a holding in anticipation of the PERP being approved.

That said, what is the price range once PERP is released to the market?
