Far too many experts out there. They're everywhere and yet the world is a mess. It'd be nice if they actually knew what they talk about and have a general consensus about particular issues. So many claim to be experts doesn't necessarily mean they are.

There are many self claimed experts here too on HC. Companies flying to the moon, companies crashing back to earth. Heaven and earth and the great divide therein.

Experts also told us that c19 comes from wet markets - sorry but in my humbles pigs can walk on water too.

Property prices are holding up as there are insufficient rentals available and people getting finance at 2% choose to buy in a very tight supply market subject to availability and many are getting squeezed out even as prices climb. Just to have a roof over one's head is becoming increasingly difficult.

Relevance to RNU - not specifically but sentiment shifting in general markets may have ripple affects for hundreds of companies. Immunity from a fall is not assured and we may get a dose of nasty shock. I choose to live in reality.
